Day Five of a Tale of Two Cities

After a good nights rest we went back to Warwick Castle and did things such as go through the haunted dungeon, and walk around the top of the castle. Above and below are pictures from the top of the castle.

Then around lunchtime we headed to Stratford-Upon-Avon. Above and below are pictures of Shakespeare's birthplace.

I thought this was cool, it is a bank and it has carvings of Shakespeare and the other carvings are scenes from Shakespeare's plays.

Next we went into one of the churches and I took a lot of pictures. Above is an organ but it wasn't always an organ. A few pictures below is a picture of what it used to be.
Above is a beautiful mural, but sadly it has faded. There is a picture on this post of it in its prime.
Above and below are some beautiful stained glass windows.

There used to be pews where the organ is today.
Then they took them out.
Here is the picture of the mural in its prime.
Next we went to the church where Shakespeare is buried. Below is the Royal Shakespeare Theatre.
